Driving School Policies

Welcome to Let’s Roll Driving School. Please review the following policies before enrolling. By booking a lesson or service with us, you agree to these terms:

1. Lesson Rates
   We offer professional, behind-the-wheel instruction in a dual-control vehicle with a licensed driving instructor.
   • Kelowna: $100 (tax included)
   • West Kelowna: $120 (tax included)
   • Vernon: $150 (tax included)
     Each lesson includes 80 minutes of driving instruction and 10 minutes of evaluation and feedback.
2. Road Test Car Rental
   Let’s Roll offers insured vehicle rentals for ICBC road tests. Pricing varies by location.
   • Car rental for road test (Kelowna): $100
   • Car rental + 30-minute warm-up lesson: $135
   • Car rental + 60-minute warm-up lesson: $165
3. Lesson Packages (Kelowna Only)
   Discounted packages are available for students taking multiple lessons.
   • 5 x 90-minute lessons: $480
   • 9 x 90-minute lessons: $800
4. One-on-One Instruction Policy
   Let’s Roll Driving School provides one-on-one driving instruction. Only the student and the licensed instructor are allowed in the vehicle during the lesson, unless otherwise required for training, assessment, or licensing purposes, and will be communicated to the student in advance.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
   Students must provide a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a lesson. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a $35 cancellation fee.
6. Pick-Up and Drop-Off
   Pick-up and drop-off are provided at no additional cost, within a reasonable distance and subject to instructor availability. The location must be confirmed in advance.
7. Safety Policy
   If a student is suspected of being under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or medications that impair alertness or judgment, the lesson will be cancelled and the full fee will be charged. All students are expected to follow the instructor’s guidance and adhere to traffic rules at all times.
8. Road Test Vehicle Use
   Once the instructor confirms the student is capable of driving safely and confidently, a fully insured and registered vehicle will be provided for the road test at the applicable rental rate.
9. Refund Policy
   For prepaid packages, students who cancel the remaining lessons may receive a 50% refund on the unused portion. No refunds are provided for missed or completed lessons.
